Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

90-Day Warranty

All Universal Gadgets robot vacuum products include a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing defects, faulty components, and electrical malfunction under normal household use are covered.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage caused by misuse, physical abuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us immediately with photos/videos and order details.

Change of Mind Returns

We generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to hygiene and electronic product safety reasons.

Return Process

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.
